Mike has 31 years of experience servicing all
mobile Air Conditioning systems, cars, custom cars ( repair and
kits available), trucks, semi tractors, industrial equipment and
farm tractors. We make up and repair A/C hoses. We also have a/c
parts available for those that do some of their own work. All
parts and service to do the repairs in a quality
manner, are affordable because of the experience in this
business.
These Pictures are of a farm tractor radiator
that I rebuilt. They show how proper repairs are done.

#1)This radiator is from
an International Harvester 1456. The radiator leaked
along top at the tubes. We start with a thorough
cleaning of the radiator and then removing the top
tank to rod out the tubes. |
|
 |
# 2) Once the top tank
is off we can remove the top header plate in order
to clean the scale buildup between the header and
walls of the tubes. |
|
 |
# 3 ) Here it shows that
the tubes are clean and tinned, ready to be bonded
to the header. |
|
 |
# 4 ) The top head plate
and top tank have been bead blasted to get the
stubborn cement like buildup removed from the metal
and they are now ready to be tinned as the tubes
were. |
|
 |
# 5 ) The top header is
now repositioned back on the tubes at the right
distance from the bottom and we can now resolder
these parts back together. |
|
 |
# 6 )The radiator is now
completely rebuilt. The bottom part of the piece has
received the same attention as the top. These
radiators are final tested at about 15 psi. |
 |
# 7 ) After
straightening the fins and a final washing the
radiator is repainted with a latex radiator paint
and is now ready to work for many more years to come |
